Built on the SUSE Linux Enterprise platform, Open Enterprise Server 2 is a secure, reliable and scalable alternative to Microsoft. The release is backed by services and support of any commercial Linux distribution available on the market.
The latest release of Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 will help organizations simplify their mixed IT environments with improved features and functionality, including Domain Services for Windows for full Active Directory integration, enhanced Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) and Common Internet File System (CIFS) support for enterprise-class network scalability, and improved upgrade utilities that make deploying and managing Open Enterprise Server 2 easier than ever.
