Adobe Systems has added a new service on its Adobe Labs website. As of now, Acrobat.com Presentations is a public beta, which involves a free sign-up. The preview release of Acrobat.com Presentations on Adobe Labs, which is a presentation application built on the Adobe Flash Platform, extends the Acrobat.com goal of enabling users to work together on the Web. With Acrobat.com Presentations users can easily create professional-looking presentations online.
Acrobat.com Presentations is the latest addition to the hosted services provided by Acrobat.com. Adobe Buzzword and Adobe ConnectNow are being offered under the Acrobat.com set of online services. The application includes,
A simple user interface that allows users to create presentations online, using built-in tools and layouts.
Provides the ability to create, revise, and collaborate on the same presentation at the same time.
Supports simultaneous editing.
Presentations can be accessed from anywhere.
Finished presentation can also be saved offline by exporting to Adobe PDF.
